Our Waterbeach based client is currently seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to assist the Commercial manager/Director & Sales team. Duties include:
• To assist the commercial manager & sales team ensuring all sales leads are
recorded and updated on company system. • Preparing and sending out all quotations in an efficient and timely manner paying close attention to detail. • Produce client files ensuring that all relevant information is included and details are correct. • Maintaining specific data sources, records and managing direct mailings. • Act as support for the sales team by covering the telephone, replying to email enquiries and typing letters, etc. • Prepare & provide client contract information to the planning department paying close attention to detail and client Information. • Ensure that the companys policies and procedures are followed and maintained. • Responsible for the health & safety of yourself and others at all times. • Carry out work in accordance with the H&S policy, method statements, risk assessments policies & procedures.
