Role Purpose:
To provide additional support to our Finance and HR teams to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of the monthly payroll process.

To ensure that employee remunerations are accurate and act as a liaison point for all staff with regards to payroll related queries.



Key Responsibilities:
o Be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all payroll related information.
o Liaising closely with the companys external payroll provider.
o Reviewing timesheet data and addressing queries with the relevant managers.
o Entering variable shift / overtime / bonus / advances / deductions data accurately.
o Processing of absence payments to include Occupational Sick Pay, SSP, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption etc.
o Assist in the administration of the companys pension scheme, including compliance with Workplace Pension legislation.
o Assist in the review of expenses and benefits for P11D completion and submission.
o Run and review payroll reports to ensure that the data entered is accurate and report any inconsistences prior to payroll being finalised.
o Providing support to employees with regards to payslip related queries.
o Liaising with the HR department to administer and process salary sacrifice payments for all employees, to include pensions, buying/selling annual leave, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme, car leasing, mobile phones etc.
o Providing a liaison point for the companys employee benefit partner to ensure that the scheme is run smoothly and efficiently.


o Providing relevant reporting to demonstrate adherence to service levels.
o Any other administrative tasks as required within the Finance and HR departments.



Working Hours:
Permanent - Full time 37.5hrs per week between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

You may also on occasion need to exceed the hours or days to adequately complete your responsibilities within this position.
