Our client based on the outskirts of Cambridge and is looking an experience Administrator to join their busy team. You will be based in Waterbeach for the first month and then move to the Cambourne Site. The right candidate must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills:
The duties of the role are listed below:
• Assisting in the provision of administrative, clerical, word processing and filing support, particularly relating to the Licensing Function including those relating to the Alcohol Licensing laws and taxi legislation.
• Inputting, updating, amending, retrieving and manipulating manual and electronic records and information systems to produce accurate records for licensing activities including the issue of annual invoices for payment.
• Assisting in the organisation and maintenance of various inventories including registers and the issue of licences in accordance with legislation and policy.
• Preparing correspondence, licences, records, technical reports, legal notices, negotiations and discussions.
• Dealing with enquiries and service requests.
• Covering other colleagues and carrying out other work within the team as priorities dictate.
• Meeting relevant targets and performance standards, relevant to the assigned duties in order to achieve high standards of service delivery.
• Assisting the identification, development and implementation of Manual and Information Technology systems and procedures.
