Our client is seeking a customer service adviser to ensure that all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a timely manner and delivered to the branch on time.
Main duties • Being able to deliver excellent customer service to our customers • Have exceptional knowledge of our products and services • The ability to use the database to ensure all information is kept up to date • Entering Orders onto the database and ensuring the information is current throughout the production process • Tracking jobs throughout their progress • Deal with all types of queries, complaints and problems • Being able to communicate with customers by telephone, email and mail • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Checking completed jobs are correct for invoicing • Supporting the Gateway team where needed • Other tasks as required from time to time
