Description:	Part Time Receptionist – Temp to Perm - £7.00ph Meyer Scott Ref: VR/02603 Our client based in Peterborough is look for a professional Part Time Receptionist who will create the first and last impression to our clients when visiting our office. Key Responsibilities: • Managing the switch board and ensure calls are given to the right department confidently and professionally • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and confident manner • Monitoring all people entering/leaving the building and issuing passes to visitors/contractors • Sign for any parcels and contact relevant person • Keep Reception area tidy and free of deliveries • Booking meeting rooms on and off site / ordering buffets • Bookings for Projectors • Order taxi’s for visitors if required • Keep phone lists up to date • Order Tea, coffee from relevant suppliers • Call engineers for any breakdowns • Log of keys • Draft quotes into document form when new quotes come in following the information given • Draft letters as and when needed to send out to customers/agents and ensure all details are correct and up to date • Send documents overseas when advised, filling out the correct forms, adding weight and dimensions and all delivery information correctly and clearly, including invoices if needed for customs. Qualifications/ Experience: • Customer Service • Team Player • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Computer literate with Microsoft Office • Flexible in approach • Passionate about people • Able to create a reception environment that you are proud of • Flexible in approach Working hours: Monday – Friday 09.30am – 14.30pm (Please note these hours are flexible)
