Customer Services Manager – Huntingdon - £25,000 pa
Market-leading educational print and publishing company requires an experienced customer services manager to manage the busy customer care department. This forward thinking and rapidly growing company are keen to find a dedicated professional to maintain and develop relationships with the customers in accordance with agreed business plans. Previous experience within design, print and publishing would be advantageous. Full product training will be provided. Excellent career opportunities.
• Managing the Customer Services Team by providing help and advice, relating to all products and/or services and keeping up to date with any product development. • Managing and prioritising workload of Customer Services Team to ensure timely delivery of annual projects. • Supporting the Customer Services Team throughout the project whilst developing individuals to fulfil their potential. • Ensuring accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers are maintained to the highest standard. • Setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure customer retention targets are met. • Monitoring and continuously reviewing processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy. • Communicating courteously with customers and colleagues by telephone, email and face to face. • Liaising and developing relationships with all departments but mainly sales, design, proof-reading and production. • Working in conjunction with Sales and Marketing departments to produce written information for customers and assisting in product development. • Ensuring that customers are aware of all services provided by the company and liaising with Sales where appropriate. • Liaising with some suppliers in respect to quotes and production schedule. • Handling and resolving complaints whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer care. • Provide accurate feedback to company directors on customer trends, thoughts and influences. • To carry out any other duties as may be required from time to time, commensurate with the business needs.
