£22,000 OTE
To support the companies graduates and students into appropriate career options, giving information and advice about the health and fitness industry and understand and report student destinations.
Contact graduates at specific touch points to support them during and after completion of their course
Contact employers and build relationships with a view to placing graduates into employment, understand individual recruitment needs and employment opportunities Match graduates to suitable jobs
Ensure all employment opportunities are correctly displayed on the website and communicated clearly both internally and externally
Offer support and information to graduates, specific to their needs; monitoring the support given. Accurately monitor and report on student destinations
Work together with marketing to promote services and success stories.
Through destination service calls, proactively source referral business from the graduate database (link the next point)
Pass all prospective sales leads to the Course Adviser team
Feedback any student comments to the appropriate departments
Ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM system and database relating to graduate data, employer detail and prospective job roles
Attend meetings and training programmes as required
Be a goodwill ambassador for the Training International by the courteous treatment of all customers, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld Ensure that company procedures are adhered to and actions documented where necessary
Maintain your own health & safety and that of staff and visitors in accordance with the company’s health & safety policy.
