Corporate Tax Supervisor/Manager - Peterborough office - £34,000 - £41,000 pa
We are recruiting a Corporate Tax Supervisor/Manager to join our Peterborough office.
The role would suit someone who has strong technical skills and experience, as well as detailed up-to-date knowledge of corporate taxation issues.
The Peterborough office is looking for a corporation tax specialist at supervisor/manager level to provide corporation tax services to a growing portfolio of clients. The individual should currently be working at that level or equivalent.
Duties will include dealing with the compliance aspects of the tax work, including review of tax returns and computations, running a portfolio of clients, providing tax advice to clients, and involvement with tax planning and projects. The role provides a variety of work as the corporate client portfolio is varied and includes owner-managed businesses, SME’s and groups (including international groups).
The successful candidate would also be required to run a portfolio of P11D clients and be involved in associated advice.
The individual will be expected to take on some responsibility for junior staff and assist with their training and development.
Good organisational skills are important as work is undertaken for a number of partners around the firm.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills and experience, and have a detailed up-to-date knowledge of corporate taxation issues.
In addition, the candidate must have confidence in dealing with partners and clients, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a friendly environment.
