Description: | A vacancy has arisen within the Central Sales Office in St Ives for an Administrator. Your role will primarily be to administer orders for National House Builders.
Answering of inbound customer calls through to a successful conclusion. Processing orders and assisting with queries. Liaising with key personnel to a) provide relevant information, b) upsell additional items and c) close the sale. Provide administration support throughout the sales process. Organise delivery either through the branch network or via agreed couriers to support an On Time In Full desire. Any adhoc project as requested. Resolution of Queries and problems.
To be considered you will be a team player, have excellent communication and customer service skills. Highly motivated, confident, organised and you will be able to work independently and be able to prioritise your workload effectively in a demanding environment. You will also be computer literate, previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
