Our client is a leading UK and international manufacturing company based in Peterborough, who are seeking a Receptionist / Clerical Admin to join its dynamic team.
As a bright and positive individual, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and be able to action with professionalism. The role will also include clerical duties. You are to have excellent organisational and communication skills, with an assertive nature. Self-motivation and being able to work on your own is a must.
A successful candidate should have a strong multi-tasking ability, work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and be adaptable in an ever-changing environment. Previous experience is not essential.
Duties include:
• Screen incoming calls and organise correspondence. • Diary / Time management. • Organising of meetings. • Travel arrangements. • Itinerary planning. • Responding to urgent requests. • Liaising with customers. Update social media sites eg Twitter, Facebook, websites and also to produce a monthly newsletter to new and existing clients.
Experience & Qualities Required:
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good level of computer literacy. • Self-motivated and keen willingness to learn. • Be able to use initiative. • Be able to work on their own.
