Our Peterborough based client are currently seeking a graphic designer for a years maternity cover.
The successful candidate will be IT literate and have a current driving licence.
They will proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop / Illustrator / In Design/ MS Publisher.
A Graphic design educational background or related experience is essential, as is previous experience working with commercial printers and professional photographers.
Identifying market strengths and opportunities.
Creating websites, email marketing and brochures.
Selecting fonts and designing page layouts.
Formatting pages and inserting images.
Working to design briefs.
Helping to design their marketing stand for tradeshows.
Email web and social media familiarity would be an advantage; as would experience with exhibitions and events, web development and email promotional media: external mail environments e.g. dot mailer/mail chimp.
The contract will be from Mid May 2015 for one year.
The salary range will be from £18,500 to £20,500 for a full time role.
