Duties will include: • CRM Utilisation • Full maintenance of CRM Super Office Database • Identification and research of new prospects & Uploading of correct data • Making appointments • Charting and planning appointment activity according to sales and marketing plans • Conducting and closing appointment tasks in line with standard routines and requirements • Aiming for 2 researched appointments for the Sales Managers each day • Help sales people achieve their sales in line with budgets and targets • To sell according to ethical guidelines applicable to the company. • Be an ambassador for the company and the wider organisation • Maintain good appointment routines for the external sales apparatus • Focus on profitability, geographical location and decision makers present in the • Meeting • Ensure that the company’s vision, values and goals are maintained and developed
