IT Analyst (4244623) – 12 months – Peterborough
An agency position within the GIS EAME Application Development Department located in Peterborough is available.
The role will involve analytical and development activity on a specific Sales and Marketing solutions used by the business. Primarily the role will be to work as a business systems analysts working with key business users to clarifying business functional requirements and then working with development resources to document detailed technical designs
The successful candidate will need to have strong communication and problem solving skills, and ideally have experience of Web and Tablet based solutions integrating with back office systems. In addition experience of Salesforce.com would be an advantage.
On a day-to-day basis this person will work alongside other local IT staff as well other internal IT teams across the world. In addition, there may be a need to work with outside suppliers.
The candidate will work as part of a team taking direction from our Project Manager and Technical leads as well as development peers and be required to follow departmental ITSM processes for Change Management.
Desired Experience for an IT Analyst
• Proven experience of taking business requirements and developing technical specification for the development of Web and mobile solutions.
• Salesforce.com experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
