The busy sales office of a long-established wholesaler of interior design accessories and furniture is looking for a hands-on, customer serviceprofessional with strong leadership skills to manage its customer service team of four. As well as managing a team your duties will include:
• Manage one territory. • Dealing with customer queries. • Order processing. • Preparing invoices. • Chasing payments. • Arranging deliveries. • Analyzing all activity across the sales desks • Act as point of contact for the field sales team
Experience in developing teams and reporting on trends in a fast-paced high volume environment is essential, as is a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to prioritise conflicting priorities.
You will possess a confident and professional telephone manner, have excellent IT skills and the ability to manage a varied customer base. Involvement in UK and international company exhibitions will be an important aspect of your role.
Experience within wholesale or retail environments would be a distinct advantage.
