Customer Service Meyer Scott Ref: VR/02445
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small team. You will be assisting with many aspects of the day to day running of the business. Main duties include;
• Answering customer queries by email and phone. • Being the first point of contact for customers. • Accurately completing order details from customers by the phone. • Processing customer returns. • Assisting and advising customers using in-house computer system to answer product enquiries. • Resolving problems and complaints. • Working closely with other staff, suppliers and customers. • Greeting delivery drivers and accept post & parcels. • Welcoming visitors.
Candidates must have a professional telephone manner, as a lot of the role will be telephone based.
You will be constantly learning about new products and technology in order to keep up with the latest developments in this rapidly changing industry.
You will be able to think on your feet, able to engage with any situation that a customer may present, learning the right questions to ask to be able to efficiently get to the best product advice.
You will be confident when using computers. Full training on how to use in-house systems will be provided.
Previous experience of customer services roles would be an advantage.
Candidates will have their own transport due to location.
