| Description: | Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. Duties will include;
· Handling all incoming calls to the site.
· Placing calls through to the relevant person - taking messages as if not available.
· Meeting and greeting visitors.
· Ensuring visitors follow the correct signing in procedure, issuing visitor passes and any other relevant documentation.
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be well presented. Previous experience on reception is required. |
