Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and will be available to work weekends or evening work on occasion. Duties will include;
• Receiving calls and emails from customers . • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically via OS ticket or Live Chat. • Responding promptly to customer enquiries. • Handling and resolving customer complaints. • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries. • Providing pricing and delivery information. • Performing customer verifications. • Setting up new customer accounts. • Processing orders, order cancellations, order transfers, customer refunds and requests. • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. • Recording details of enquiries, comments and complaints on customer record/order records as appropriate. • Recording details of actions taken. • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
