| Description: | Tasked to assist the UK Exterior’s eCommerce platforms in achieving budgeted sales and margin growth through handling in bound sales enquiries, processing orders and general administration.
• Answering of inbound customer calls through to a successful conclusion.
• Liaising with key personnel to a) provide relevant information, b) upsell additional items and c) close the sale.
• Provide administration support throughout the sales process.
• Organise delivery either through the branch network or via agreed couriers to support an ‘On Time In Full’ desire.
• Any adhoc project as requested.
Candidates will have good PC skills, be self-confident and communicate effectively at all levels and is able to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
