Description:	For: Marketing Executive, Huntingdon £18,000 - £20,000 p.a. Meyer Scott Ref: VR/02392 Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a pre-determined brand, influencing and delivering upon strategic marketing plans in order to achieve outlined KPIs. You will also be required to execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity to optimise all touch-points within the customer journey using a variety of media and skills. It is essential that the successful candidate is a self-starter, with the ability to work on their own initiative and to develop relationships with key stakeholders. Duties will include: • Perform competitor analysis, market research and build customer profiles whilst highlighting risks to the Marketing Manager • Support in the development of customer facing propositions, initiatives and incentives to drive acquisition and customer retention • Responsible for building strategic offline (e.g. events) and online campaigns to fulfil predetermined KPIs • Responsible for briefing internal and external creative agencies for artwork creation and managing amends from stakeholders whilst working to strict deadlines • Responsible for ensuring all creative work is developed to a creative brief which is aligned behind the commercial objectives and company strategy • Responsible for campaign briefing, on-going campaign management with the Sales team and reporting via the internal CRM systems (training to be provided) • Support in the development and improvement of the customer journey • To create engaging online and offline content • Responsible for ensuring all internal and external literature is within brand tone of voice • Share responsibilities with Marketing Manager for managing and tracking budget • Processing and managing all marketing invoices and raising purchase orders • To ensure a professional, quality service (external and internal) is provided at all times. • Be conversant with and assume proper responsibility for the implementation of the company’s health, safety, quality and environmental policies and all other company policies, rules and arrangements, demonstrating a responsible attitude to fellow employees, customers and suppliers of the company, leading by example and taking appropriate action where required. • Working in a 5’S’ environment. • To maintain, develop and build long-term relationships. • To adhere to administrative procedures. ATTRIBUTES: • At least 1 years work experience within a marketing role or similar • Experience of creating relevant, inspiring content for various online and offline mediums • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance into ROI • Planning and implementation experience, ability to work to deadlines • Excellent creative judgement and copy-writing skills • Ability to work with, and at times manage different stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Meticulous eye for detail
