We currently have an excellent opportunity to join a successful friendly organisation based in Papworth.
Responsibilities will include processing customer orders by internet, maintenance of delivery schedule ensuring efficient dispatch is achieved on a daily basis to a wide range of customers both in the UK and internationally.
We also sell a wide range of Audio Video cables and Car Audio interfaces and offer one of the largest ranges of specific audio solutions in the UK.
Key Candidate Qualities
• Handle incoming Phone calls
• Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Helping with orders and enquiries from customers
• Helping customers to place orders by telephone.
• Ability to upsell based on customer requirements
• Familiar with Audio connections and types.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.
• Dealing with customer e-mails
The successful applicant will have a natural ability to work in a customer facing telephone environment and be proficient computer users. Your ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with variety of customers will be an important skill.
Knowledge of Audio systems is not essential but willingness to develop a keen interest will be a significant advantage.
Our packaging role is particularly important to ensure an efficient team and the smooth running or the orders fulfilment centre.
You will be responsible for handling inventory with respect to Goods In and preparation of customer orders.
Our customer service role will be the key point at which internet orders are checked and processed onto the dispatch team. The role will also involve regular phone calls from customers wishing to place orders by phone, amend orders and general enquires relating to customer orders.
