| Description: | This is a Maternity Leave position. Based in very smart offices this role is tasked with:
• Handling all incoming calls to the site on the switchboard.
• Placing calls through to the relevant person - taking messages as if not available.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Ensuring visitors follow the correct signing in procedure, issuing visitor passes and any other relevant documentation.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be well presented. Previous experience on reception is required. Candidates will need their own transport due to the location of the Clients site.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 08.30 - 17.00. 45 min lunch
Fri - 08.30 - 16.00. 1hr lunch
