This role is initially offered on a 6 month basis and is tasked with receiving calls from Customers and processing these onto the system. Duties will include:
Handling inbound calls from customers. Providing custoemrs with a point of contact as necessary. Handling queries, requests for information and complaints as necessary. Accurately processing orders and requirements onto the system. Working to Account specific Service Level Agreements. Handling overflow calls from Reception/ the switchboard. Updating and maintaining accurate database records detailing all activity.
Candidates will be well presented, need to have strong administrative skills, be accurate with a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills and the ability to listen is key. The ability to prioritise own workload is also key as this is a busy department. The company will provide training on their bespoke database, however good MS Word & Excel skills are required. Own transport is required due to the location of the company.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 16.00 - 20.00, Fri 16.00 - 19.00
Interviews will last approx. 1.5 hrs and involve a copy typing test
