This role is initially offered on a 6 month basis and is tasked with receiving calls from Customers and processing these onto the system. Duties will include:
• Handling inbound calls from customers. • Providing customers with a point of contact as necessary. • Handling queries, requests for information and complaints as necessary. • Accurately processing orders and requirements onto the system. • Working to Account specific Service Level Agreements. • Handling overflow calls from Reception/ the switchboard. • Updating and maintaining accurate database records detailing all activity.
Candidates will be well presented, need to have strong administrative skills, be accurate with a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills and the ability to listen is key. The ability to prioritise own workload is also key as this is a busy department. The company will provide training on their bespoke database, however good MS Word & Excel skills are required. Own transport is required due to the location of the company.
Interviews will last approx. 1.5 hrs and involve a copy typing test
