Customer Services £16,000 - £17,500 + Generous monthly Bonuses.
Our client is looking for experienced customer service operative not afraid of doing telesales when necessary. This is a very well established company with a full order book. The role involves:
• Dealing the inbound calls, whereby you will be processing orders coming through via the telephone and email. • Dealing with queries from consumers ordering from catalogues, online and direct marketing campaigns. • Inputting information onto the system. • Liaising with other colleagues where necessary. • Other aspects of the role include cross selling and upselling at every given opportunity.
Hours are usually 8.45 to 5.15 (45 mins for lunch) Rota system for a late shift - Late shift 9.30 to 6.00 Sat mornings - overtime (volunteers)
Must have own transport.
