The purpose of this role is to support the Bid Team and its internal and external customers. Duties will include:
• Creation of high quality PQQ and bid documents, including sourcing, coordinating and editing content (text and graphics), writing content when appropriate and document production. • Coordination of bid document production, including championing best practice in planning and organisation and ensuring compliance with business development process, style and brand guidance. • Providing administrative support to the Head of Business Development and our Bid Writer in the production of our bids and other Customer Relationship activities. • Coordination of bid information in conjunction with the Bid Information Administrator/Coordinator. • Contribution to development and implementation of the bid improvement plan. • Building and developing relationships with the operational teams. • Obtaining client feedback, and participating in the CRM process when appropriate. • Assisting with the production of client presentations, preparing for interviews and organising site visits. • Develop a sound working knowledge of In Design Publisher, Sales Achiever and Focal CRM software packages. • The production and updating of company literature e.g. promotional leaflets, case-studies, client magazine articles etc
The salary is approx. £20- £25K Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week.
