Key result areas/Key task/Main Duties: Assistant
• Chasing all subcontractors and clear subcontractors reminders on a daily basis. • Go through monthly subcontractors jobs and book in visits with subcontractor/sites. • Chase all legislative compliant work to ensure completed by due date and bring reminders down to zero every day. • Clear system orders daily in accordance with Service Level Agreements. • Working with the Help Desk Manager to constantly improve service levels, • Manage incidents and requests and provide timely escalation of issues. • Support the Help Desk Manager in resolving clients requests in accordance with business needs. • Follow standard Help Desk operating procedures. • Accurately log all Help Desk contacts dealing with client problems/requests; escalating more complex problems to superiors. • Being present and visible in the Help Desk and available to clients requiring assistance. • Attending Help Desk training sessions and becoming familiar with available technology changes. • Operating standard office equipment, including but not limited to: PCs, Servers, telephones and other equipment. • Provide clear and concise data entry of all client interactions. • Log all Help desk interactions. • Adhere to Company and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies. • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by company.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. They will also have good communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner. Can consider a wider remit than just Helpdesk exp. Good custoemr service types are fine too.
