Our client works nationwideto help UK businesses comply with health and safety regulations and insurance requirements by providing specialist compliance solutions across a wide array of electrical inspection and electrical testing services, in addition to safety services across everything from fire safety to water safety.
The Sales Assistant role is to assist the House Account sales team in maintaining existing accounts and securing business across key areas of local authorities, housing associations, NHS, education and commercial sectors.
Duties include:
• A high levels of direct telephone contact with clients representatives.
• Generation of quotations,
• Contributing data for sales reports and forecast reports.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of projects and the highest delivery standards.
• Completion of sales paperwork accurately and diligently.
The desired candidate must:
• Have Maths & English GCSE / O Level or equivalent
• 2 years experience of working in a commercial organisation
• High standard of written and verbal communications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and previous use of CRM system advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure
