Receptionist – Cambridge - £18,000 - £20,000 - Perm
Our client requires a front of office Receptionist who can provide an outstanding service to our visitors. Being the first point of contact, a high level of professionalism is essential to reflect the companies
standards of excellence to individuals visiting our site.
The role will involve meeting and greeting all visitors to the office, handling queries on the telephone and by email, managing and facilitating meetings, including all catering, general reception and administrative tasks (post, couriers, holiday bookings etc). Some travel and accommodation booking.
Excellent front of house receptionist skills A professional, smart appearance Excellent communication and organisational skills A flexible approach and a “can do” attitude Willing to undertake a range of duties An efficient telephone manner Computer literate (Word/PPT/Excel)
9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
