Customer Services (Beauty) £18,000 p.a. + generous bonuses.
Our client is looking for experienced customer service operative keen to get on the phone and develop the business. You will be dealing with clients within the beauty industry, so an interest would be desirable. Low value high volume.
• You will be managing existing accounts, and developing them via cross selling and building a relationship. You will also be processing orders coming through via the telephone and email.
• Dealing with queries from consumers ordering from catalogues, online and direct marketing campaigns.
• Inputting information onto the system and liaising with other colleagues where necessary.
• You will also be expected to reactivate lapsed accounts, as well as focusing on bringing in new business.
• Other aspects of the role include cross selling and upselling at every given opportunity.

Agreeable hours: Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.15 (45 mins for lunch)
Rota system for a late shift - Late shift 9.30 to 6.00
Optional to work Sat mornings for overtime.
