As Service Centre Operations Analyst you will ensure that all Service Management tools and technologies are maintained and operational . You will provide operational support of the Service Management applications, e.g. ITSM, SMS, etc. You’ll provide break/fix activity to resolve application issues for the Service Management applications alongside the running and provisioning of standard jobs such as Notification, AI and Reconciliation Engine rules as well as maintenance of Escalations, Notification Rules, Approval Rules and other workflow configurations. Working with third parties, including RoD Support teams, as necessary to resolve service incidents you’ll maintain all system data. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with proven IT experience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You should have proven SQL scripting experience and be competent in the use of BMC Remedy toolset with an analytical and methodical approach. BMC ITSM (Remedy) experience and report writing skills are also highly desirable.
