Health, Safety & Training Administrator - Manchester - £16,579.79 + DHP
To ensure ongoing administration support is given to training team and HS manager.
Communication internally and externally via phone / email / fax with suppliers and all internal business locations.
To coordinate and control scheduled programmes of training and assessments are carried out as required ensuring targets and deadlines are met
To manage and control of the Academy stock, ensuring stock is available on request and correctly accounted for.
To liaise with Procurement Dept and external suppliers when necessary.
To raise orders via SAP when requested by Depot and Regional Managers.
To manage the PNC process, ensuring that all notices are paid promptly to reduce inflated fines.
To input details onto Incident database. Update training records via SAP and Excel.
To produce and maintain some key performance indicators and measures.
To control Academy diary and schedule to ensure smooth operation.
Produce literature for training use.
Support training team in administrative matters
To identify and implement improvement plans in areas relevant to role.
