| Description: | Our client is looking for a buyer and progress chaser to join their team based in St.Neots. The company has recently expanded they are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a quick learner and keen to succeed within the role. Reporting to the senior buyer you must be computer literate and will have GCSE’s in Maths and English. Excellent communication skills are essential. Previous office experience is also preferable.
Duties of the role are listed below:
• Raising and sending purchase orders.
• Entering order acknowledgements on the system.
• Updating MRP database.
• Liaising with people on all levels of a business.
• Progressing orders with suppliers.
• Keeping all departments updated with expected delivery dates.
• General administration.
• Other duties as required.
