Description: | Our client specialises in producing and selling juices across Europe and the U.S. They are currently seeking a customer service professional with English and German language fluency.
As part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for Europe and US, dealing with incoming queries via email and phone.
Duties will include;
CUSTOMER SERVICES - English and German Speaking • To manage and provide administration and customer service support. • Processing orders from online and phone based private customers, wholesalers, online shops and affiliates. • Managing occasional vendor credits. • Responding, managing and documenting complaints, general Q&As and all product inquiries. • Recognising opportunities for new partners/sales in Germany and UK and with support take a pro active role in contacting these new contacts. • Supporting communication and accounts with shipping/fulfillment company.
AFFILLIATE DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT - German speaking countries. • Contacting German online shops, bloggers, Health/wellness centres/SPAs for endorsements and to gain as new affiliates/partners. • Supporting with Marketing i.e. help our various campaigns to increase and retain customers.(support, remind, ensure new sales)
MARKETING - German Speaking countries • Social Media - Contribute with daily German and UK Facebook/Twitter entries • Arranging attendance at 1 to 2 German key exhibitions annually. • Supporting the responsible person to ensure the content on the German and UK websites are updated on a weekly basis. • Responsibilities across departments • Contributing with on-going suggestions for new products, new services or information to be developed based on overall customer feedback. • Supporting the creative process and marketing activities where agreed • Be available as backup for various departments to cover leave and sickness
This position can be offered as a part time or full time role. There is possibility of part working from home depending on experience and location of candidates. Salary level is set according to distance to the office and level of skills and experience.
Personal Skills: • Fluency at native or excellent level in both English and German • You must have excellent interpersonal skills, good telephone manner and a calm approach. • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Basic level of competency in the ICT (Email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • To be able to prioritise work, cope with deadlines and use initiative in a variety of situations. • Well organised and methodical approach to administrative duties. • Must be accurate and pay attention to detail. • Must have the ability to work on your own initiative.
Reporting via Customer Service lead, you will need to have experience in the customer services sector. Experience working and living in the relevant country to ensure applicants have good knowledge of the culture and country (Germany)
Any knowledge, interest or experience in the natural health sector is desirable but not essential. Supportive responsibility for Customers Services for Europe (English and German speaking countries) and US, ensuring excellent service.
