Debt Recovery Team Leader– Peterborough - £23,000 pa
• Oversee the complete credit control cycle for potential revenues generated from Domestic Uncollected • Ongoing support for team members and the Credit Risk Manager to ensure smooth day to day running of the DU function • Identify threats and weaknesses and provide necessary resolutions • Project manage system and process implementations
RESPONSIBILITIES • Full man management of the Domestic Uncolllected team • Report DU performance through effective KPIs • Target and measure team members periodically to highlight areas of focus • Identify key insights into DU inflows with an end goal of reducing errors at source • Oversee the monthly cycles of the DU procedure and ensure all steps are completed promptly • Highlight emerging delays within DU and execute contingency plans to minimise impact on business results • Be the focal point and driver for system and process implementations • Advise on process improvements to increase departmental efficiencies • Prioritise workload to hit deadlines and objectives by fully maximising departmental resources • Initiate review meetings with Service Commercial, Credit Risk Manager and other stakeholders to analyse performance and suggest methods to improve

EXPERIENCE • Experience in credit control within a cross matrix organisation • Track record of delivering solutions in an independent and pragmatic approach
