Our St Ives based client is seeking a customer services operative. Duties include:
• To deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically via OS ticket or Live Chat. • Respond promptly to customer enquiries. • Handle and resolve customer complaints. • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries. • Provide pricing and delivery information. • Perform customer verifications. • Set up new customer accounts. • Process orders, order cancellations, order transfers, customer refunds and requests. • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource. • Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints on customer record/order records as appropriate. • Record details of actions taken. • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
