Main Purpose of Job:
Provide a central point of contact for all clients & departments to request maintenance repairs and other works and to query progress on jobs.
Duties include:
• Chasing all sub-contractors and clear sub-contractors reminders on a daily basis. • Go through monthly sub-contractors planned maintenance jobs and book in visits with sub-contractor/sites. • Chase all legislative compliant work to ensure completed by due date and bring reminders down to zero every day. • Clear orders daily. Anything received after 4 pm needs to be dealt with by 10 am the following morning. • Working with the Support Desk Supervisor to constantly improve service levels. • Manage incidents and requests and provide timely escalation of issues. • Support the Support Desk Supervisor in resolving clients requests in accordance with business needs. • Follow standard Support Desk operating procedures. • Accurately log all Support Desk contacts dealing with client problems/requests; escalating more complex problems to superiors. • Being present and visible in the Support Desk and available to clients requiring assistance. • Attending Support Desk training sessions and becoming familiar with available technology changes. • Operating standard office equipment, including but not limited to: PCs, Servers, telephones and other equipment. • Provide clear and concise data entry of all client interactions. • Log all Support Desk interactions. • Adhere to Company and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by company.
