Description: | Recruitment Coordinator (Administrative Assistant - 3545046) – 12 weeks – Peterborough - £9.06 - £13.59 ph
A temporary administration position within the EMEA Human Services located in Peterborough has arisen to help with Graduate and Undergraduate recruiting related administrative tasks. This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks.
Working in this busy and fast paced environment, you will be providing administrative support to the Recruitment team to deliver the Graduate and Placement National Recruitment Campaign for 2014/15.
• Screening Application Forms. • Telephone Interviewing applicants. • Contacting external candidates and Caterpillar hiring managers to make arrangements for assessment centres. • Coordinating On Campus activities, such as career fairs and presentations. • Providing necessary paperwork such as interview guides/assessor packs and facility directions. • Updating necessary spread sheets and internal systems with data. • Answer queries from candidates or managers by telephone and email. • Provide ad hoc administrative duties.
Essential: • Previous experience in an administration role. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. • Professional Telephone manner • Strong initiative and problem solving skills. • Ability to Multitask. Desirable: • Previous Recruitment experience. • Previous experience using HR systems, such as Taleo • Degree Educated
