Part Time Administrator Meyer Scott Ref: VR/01899
Our client is looking for a solid administrator who can job share with an existing employee.
Hours: 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday and Tuesday
8.30am until 4.30pm on a Friday with one hour for lunch each day.
The salary for this role is £17,340 (pro-rated to £10,226.15 for the 23 hours a week contract) Job Purpose
To develop the customer base in line with business plan To promote the benefits and services offered by Company To guide customers through the additional qualification approval process To provide on-going customer service to customers
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Agreeing and achieving targets for additional qualification approval activity. Coordinating applications for additional qualification approval, from initial enquiry to submission of approved applications to Customer Service Team Supporting applicant centres through application process. Building and maintaining relationships with customers through exceptional customer service delivery. Ensuring service standards for qualification approvals and approval administration are met. Providing exceptional telephone support to customers. Maintaining and updating customer database software as required. Completing any other tasks as appropriate to support the team. Be a goodwill ambassador for by the courteous treatment of all customers, ensuring at all times the professionalism of the company is upheld. Ensuring that company procedures are adhered to and actions documented where necessary. Maintaining your own health & safety and that of staff and visitors in accordance with the companys health & safety policy.
Candidates will have a good level of experience within a busy office, you must have excellent IT skills including prior experience of using bespoke databases and CRM systems.
You will be able to work with little guidance and it would be beneficial if you have had experience of job sharing.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and second to none organisation and prioritisation skills.
