Main Purpose of Job:
Facilitate the day to day running of the QC inspection process within the regulatory team for the companies products. The role will also include administrative support for the department.
Key Tasks and Main Duties:
QC Testing and Pre-shipment Reporting
• Update HM and HPC Arrival Profiles weekly, including pre-shipment and QC status and results
• Upload pre-shipment and sterility reports for HM and HPC
• Input pre-shipment data onto Arrival Profiles for HM and HPC
• Sampling, inspection and quality control testing of inbound product for HM
• Generate Quality Alerts for non-conforming product under the supervision of the Assistant Logistics and Regulatory Affairs Manager
Samples
• Collate and despatch HM sample requests
• Update the HM sample log once samples have been despatched
• Request sample orders from Customer Service to replenish sample stocks
Packaging Information
• Maintain the packaging information spreadsheet with respect to dimensions and weights
• Update existing packaging information and notify the Assistant Logistics and Regulatory Affairs Manager of any changes.
• Any new products into HM and HPC need to be measured and added to the spreadsheet.
Temperature Monitoring
• Check the temperature of the three warehouse thermometers daily and record on the temperature check spreadsheet
Stationary Ordering
• Monitor stationary levels and order stationary as required
• Distribute stationary on arrival
