Service and Risk Analyst – Peterborough – 4 months – Temporary - £10.08 ph
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Asset Planning team as a Team Support Member/Service Risk Analyst in Peterborough.
Working closely with other team members, you'll be an important part of the team that helps make investment decisions. Although you won't have to make those decisions yourself, it's important you and the team get your bit right, and on time because it informs downstream processes.
This job is mostly IT based, using Excel, Outlook, and other IT systems (for which training will be given). You will also spend a lot of time communicating with colleagues to make sure everyone has the information they need, on time, and they understand what processes to follow.
The focus of the role will be keeping track of what data and information comes the teams way, following processes to keep things moving, sending reports to internal customers, and highlighting anything that isn't the norm.
Requirements To be successful in your application you will have relevant experience in a recent role. Experience in reporting and a keen eye for detail are essential as well as being a good communicator at all levels, with strong motivational skills, proven experience in developing best practice and the ability to deliver quality outputs within set deadlines.
You will need to be very comfortable with using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other IT systems every day.
