Service Monitoring Technicians – Lincoln – 5 weeks - £8.27 ph.
We are looking for 6 Pro-active Call Handlers to join the team in Lincoln ASAP for 4 weeks. Assisting in a one off project, your role will be to proactively call customers to update them on the situation with outstanding work at their property and schedule new times. This will prevent repeat contacts coming into the call centre. You will be given a script to follow and you will be required to update the internal system, SAP, with any changes.
Monday and Tuesday = rest days
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday = 1600-2000
Saturday & Sunday = 0900-1800 (with a half hour lunch)
Requirements
To be successful in your application you will have previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills. You will be confident and have a pro-active approach. Good IT skills are required. SAP knowledge would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
