Description:	Meyer Scott Ref: VR/01766 Sales Executive – Stamford - £15,000 pa Reporting to Advertisement Manager, you will be responsible for looking after the advertising needs of your customers. You will be: • Self-motivated and possess a proactive attitude to conducting business • Capable of building customer loyalty • Dedicated to finding creative sales solutions • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Competitive, ambitious and goal-orientated • Friendly, sociable and outgoing To identify customers needs, and to provide the right solutions to meet these in line with the magazines strategy and budget. • Financial: Meeting and striving to exceed budgeted revenues and yields. • Customers: Growing, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve greater loyalty. • Manage your customers and conclude transactions • Ongoing learning of product knowledge and to gain an understanding of market forces • Achievement of all call rates • To actively sell advertising • Administration, signed booking forms and all sales support procedures adhered to • Feature Idea’s coming up with new revenue generating ideas (2 per month) • Financial: Monthly targets achieved • Call Rates: Achievement of 40 effective calls per day • Customers: All customer care initiatives adhered to.
