1 Month temporary position - 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Resource Assistant, £8.74ph
The purpose of this temporary role is to provide support with regard to the operational activities undertaken by the Environment Operations Section of the company. You will be an interface with the service users and the Contact Centre staff, and be responsible for ensuring that work is completed effectively to the standard required thereby minimising complaints.
Duties include:
• To ensure that jobs are processed to conclusion and that reports can be produced providing management information.
• To provide technical information that allows public requirements to be dealt with.
• Dealing with telephone, email enquiries and post.
• Recording information on Spreadsheets.
• Compiling data or Management Reports (e.g. performance indicators).
• Processing bin requests from developers.
• Processing Assisted Collection requests.
• Twice weekly taxi licence plating.
• Accurate record keeping / filing.
• General administration as requested.
