Estate Agent Branch Manager - Wisbech - £24,000 basic plus car allowance
Our client is an Estate Agency industry leader. They have built up an enviable reputation across the local area. With strong marketing and an exceptional team our Estate Agency clients have continued to expand and have built an astonishing market presence. They are now excited by the opportunity to add a strong career motivated Branch Manager to their team.
This is not a role where you will have to build a reputation, you will come in at the best level and the right candidate is sure to grow their presence and without doubt increase their earning potential.
Essential requirements:
Must be polished and extremely well presented Estate Agent
You will be motivated in finding a new role and not just need a JOB
You must have strong leadership skills
You must have a proven track record and a consistent CV
You should believe you fit in to such a strong brand
Salary is dependant on experience. Basic around 18 - 24k. Hours 8.30 - 6 pm. Commissions on sales and listings plus on target bonuses. Car allowance.
