| Senior Receptionist £17,000 p.a.
Professional well established client seeks full time Receptionist. This is very much a traditional receptionist role. Duties comprise:
• Answering 2 external lines, with 70 extensions. You will be transferring calls and possibly taking messages.
• Booking conference and meeting rooms on behalf of fee earners.
• Dealing with couriers.
• Occasional assisting with postal duties.
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Requesting that visitors sign in the visitor’s book.
Initially you will be asked to temp for a limited period before being asked to make that commitment permanently. This is not a heavily administrative role and would suit a well present articulate candidate seeking to use their wealth of office experience within a steady non-pressurized environment.
Hours: 8.45 -
5.30pm.
