Debt Recovery Agent – Lincoln – 12 weeks - £9.34 ph (CUS3260CT/TEMP)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Service team based in Lincoln from 28th July 2014 for 12 weeks;
Reporting to the Debt Recovery Team Leader, you will be focusing on both commercial and domestic clients.
Our Debt Recovery Team encourages effective account management, credit control, and any required enforcement actions.
Above all, we aim to resolve payment issues as quickly, efficiently and politely as possible.
Through your productive approach to building customer relationships, you will play a vital part in helping us to maximise the recovery of outstanding water and sewage charges.
Requirements Educated to a good standard of secondary education with Maths and English GCSE Grade C as a minimum, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This role requires a flexible approach to working, excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
Experience of debt recovery procedures/direct sales would also be beneficial.
You should also be IT proficient with experience in Excel, SAP, Windows and Word. Ideally you will possess previous cash collection experience gained in a business to business environment.
