This role is tasked with undertaking all aspects of Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger on Sage 50 for 2 Companies..
Main duties include; • Matching, coding and inputting supplier invoices. • Producing Purchase and Sales Orders. • Using Foreign Trader Module within Sage 50 to raise PO/SO & Invoices. • Dealing with and resolving invoice queries with suppliers and Customers. • Making Bank Payments in Sterling, Dollar & Euros. • Purchase Ledger Statement reconciliation. • Preparing and sending out customer invoices and statements. • Allocating incoming payments. • Processing Credits. • Production of Debtor & Creditor Reports • Keeping a tidy and neat filing system. • Administration support for office.
Ideally candidates will be AAT qualified or part qualified and have experience in a similar field with a good confident knowledge of Sage 50 Professional and Sage 50 Payroll.
Candidates must also demonstrate strong PC skills and have accurate data inputting abilities. A conscientious and professional attitude towards the position is essential. The candidate will need to have the ability to work unsupervised and using their own initiative.
