Commercial/Bridging Mortgage Specialist – Peterborough - £16,000 - £18,000 pa
The Commercial and Bridging area of the business is a growing part of the Brilliant Solutions brand, the candidate will need to show that they have the ability to grow this part of the business, using their skills to obtain Commercial and Bridging lending solutions on behalf of intermediaries ensuring that Brilliant Solutions fee income targets are achieved.
To identify the best possible Commercial and Bridging solution
Build and maintain relationships with finance intermediaries and brokers
Build and maintain relationships with Commercial and Bridging Lenders
To present quality packaged cases to lenders
To manage cases through to Completion
Handle inbound calls as a result of marketing activity
To negotiate with intermediaries with regard to fees to achieve targets
To liaise directly with the clients during the process where necessary or required
Cross sell associated products
Understanding of other product areas to support the other members of the team
Learn the skills and activities involved in supporting new initiatives

The role will report directly to the Brilliant Solutions Intermediary Business Director.
Core hours Monday - Friday, 9am -5.30pm - there is an expectation that tasks are completed and in order to achieve this, there may be the need to work outside of the core hours.
