Relocation Move Manager (ASM2916CT/FTC) – Huntingdon – 8 – 12 months - £35,000 - £45,000
In liaison with the Facilities Manager, coordinate the smooth running of the Huntingdon Campus move; this will involve multiple moves from certain locations and buildings within the Huntingdon area, including moving approx. 800 people.Throughout the Program, ensure that the Accommodation Steering group (ASG) are kept abreast and updated of the projects progress.
Manage milestones and critical path Create and populate the Move Plan. Manage Health and Safety Manage information sharing and ensure all move information is up to date Fully manage move, communications and react to issues Liaise with business units and key stakeholders about people and storage locations Ensure all specialist requirements are managed i.e. people with DSE issues Ensure all specialist equipment is managed to the right location Cost reports and summary producing, in line with requirements Liaise with internal departments related to the move i.e. IT, Telemetry, Removals. Agree communication plan and milestones Arrange crate deliveries, liaise with teams and ensure collection / delivery

In conjunction with the Project Manager, ensure the relocation of C800 into the refurbished and existing buildings. Drawings and data for move management process Update report and communicate to the Accommodation Steering Group (ASG) on Move Plan progress Manage move contractors and external suppliers Co-ordinate all communication through the Internal Communications Team to the business units. Liaise with internal departments including IT and Telephony to ensure a smooth transition. Manage the process for potential changes to headcount during the Move process.
Qualifications and experience (relevant to the job): AutoCAD. MS Project or similar.
