Description: | Our client is an established manufacturing company based in St Ives.
As Part of the customer service department the Field Service Coordinator is responsible for the following duties:
• Providing excellent customer service to a number of stake holders, engineers and the Sales team. • Accurately managing Customer data. • Promoting maintenance and service plans. • Effectively planning post sale activities, including product installations, servicing and repairs. • Providing extensive communication with customers and engineers in order to maximise productivity, fulfil SLA's and achieve KPI's. • Plan and coordinate field service engineers • Respond to all customer queries • Manage customer data • Manage stakeholders expectations • Proactively drive the growth of maintenance plans • Complete field service associated administration
The desired candidate must have excellent communication skills, be customer focused and be able to plan and prioritise.
